Last Thursday, I had found a missing lens to my glasses while hunting for my lost employee badge. Today I did something about it. I went to the mall and found a shop that sells glasses.

I had thought it was just a screw that was missing, but the woman fixing the glasses also noted that they were a bit bent as well. I had forgotten about that. My niece grabbed them over a year ago when we were playing. The bent up part was the main reason I didn’t get them fixed. I had thought I would need to buy a new pair of frames.

After five minutes, the woman had fixed up my glasses the best that she could. Looking closely at them, she pointed out the problem to me. I would have to buy new frames soon, but for now - I had a temporary solution. I put them on and was a little amazed at how clearly everything was that was very far away. I smile brushed past my lips.

I asked the woman how much the repairs would cost me. She replied that there was no charge. I walked around the mall for a little bit just amazed at how clearly everything was in the distance.
