(It de-magnetizes the screen...generally when you first turn it on.)<br /><br />You may also want to consider the possibility that the cylons are behind it... I purchased some pretty powerful magnets and attached them to the end of a drill, but it didn't help the shadowmask. I'm running out of ideas to fix this thing.
