Google Bar for Firefox

I’ve made the switch to the Firefox browser at home about two months ago. There was one little thing that I missed from Internet explorer, but I didn’t complain. Although Firefox has a Google search, I missed my Google Toolbar.

I am accustomed to using it to type in some keywords and then highlighting those terms on the page that I am currently viewing. Firefox has a “Find” feature that is similar with its highlighting, but it just wasn’t the same.

Now, I have my Google toolbar in Firefox and I am so happy. It even comes with the drop-down menu of links to news. I use that drop-down link at work just about every day.

Information for Google Bar can be found at its website and is compatible with Mozilla and Firefox.

What version Firefox are you running? I have the latest version and the google bar…… so far, pagerank isn’t compatible. Is it working for you?
