After all, it costs hundreds of dollars just to hire on of these people.<br /><br />Wal-Mart sells some shoddy products. I bought a lavalamp from them that exploded and caused $560 worth of damage. My brother would complain to them that it costs them more to just talk to him then if he gave them the 5 cents - which he didn't actually owe.
