My blogs side bars have about two hundred links. Tonight, I actually started cleaning up many of the links. Anything pointing to a blog was either thrown into my blog rolling account, or removed entirely.

I had many links that I no longer used. These links were in my side bar for one person only - me. I use my blog as my personal home page and visit sites from the links listed. I have to start using my browsers own book marks more often.

I’m observing my website statistics to find out where most of my hits are coming from. After some careful observation, I’m going to remove the links to directories that do not send traffic (or only a limited amount) my way.

I think I’m going to add my recommendations of how to clean up links to my book in progress - Over Blogged and Underrated. I didn’t get much done on the book tonight as there were many things that went on in my personal life today. I am up to 7,328 words. I had hoped that I would be up to 9,000. I’ll just have to make up the extra words if I have time tomorrow.
