Goodbye Ben
I’ve been noticing many closed doors with management. Any time this kind of thing happens, I always get worried. It turns out, that Ben is leaving the team. I feel as if my seniority just jumped up pretty high. I’ve only been here for two years and all of the original people that were here before me have left except my manager and another employee that telecommuting.
Ben is a pretty cool guy and really knows his stuff. See you around Ben. It’s not going to be the same without you.

Lewis, don’t feel bad. I think you’ve got the right attitude that it moves you up the seniority change. However, please keep an eye out in case funding dries up.
