I lost another pound
I showed up at the LA Weight Loss center tonight and found out that I was down to 252.2 pounds. I lost an entire pound in the past two days. This is really cool. I’m comming close to the 20 pound mark (only 1.2 pounds to go). So in all, I have lost 18.8 pounds since I’ve started. The number of pounds that keep comming off is increasing fast.
