Cooking all day

Today is the first day of my diet plan. Most of my day was spent cooking. I woke up at 10 and cookied steak & eggs for breakfast. After I finished eating, I then went to prepare the mid-morning snack. At that time it was noon, so I made lunch. I then took a nap. I woke up and made the mid-afternoon snack. I went out to pick up my mother in-law for her weekend visit. When I got back home, I watched a little tv, but decided to make dinner at 7. On top of that - Angel wanted me to make her some steak when I was done. I didn’t have any more to spare, so I ended up cooking some salmon for her after I was done eating. At this rate, I’m going to have to cook two dinners a day or she’ll get upset that I’m not cooking for her.

This plan isn’t friendly at all at the moment. During preperation of each meal/snak - I also had to pack a meal/snack for tomarrow since I’ll be at work for 5 of the six meals that I’m supposed to eat during the day. Well, I’ll just eat breakfast on the way out, so I’ll only be eating 4 meals at work.

I really hope that this plan is going to change. It isn’t simple at all. I feel like I haven’t been able to do anything at all today. If I’m spending the rest of the night tomarrow cooking for Tuesdays workday, I’m going to go out of my mind. Show me a plan where I just need a microwave and hardly any preperation.

I think I know why most americans are overweight. Microwave. It’s safe. You don’t have to worry about it over heating your food since it stops heating once the timer goes off. Unfortunatly, it seems that everything that is healthy doesn’t work with a microwave.
